FAQ

Good things to know before you RSVP.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely. Most guests come solo, and every event is hosted to make it easy to meet people and feel welcome.

Do I need craft experience?

Not at all. Every project is beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance and all materials ready for you.

What's included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes all project supplies, guided instruction, and a cozy creative experience. Some events also include drinks or extras. Those will always be listed on the event page.

What should I bring?

Usually, just yourself! If an event requires something special, like bringing your own book to bedazzle, we'll let you know in the event description.

How long are events?

Most Gather & Glow events last about 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to create, chat, and unwind.

What if I don't finish my project?

No worries. Most guests finish during the event, but if you need extra time, you're welcome to take your project home.

Is food or coffee included?

It depends on the event and venue. If food or drinks are included, it'll be clearly listed on the event page.

What's your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can't make it, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help depending on the event and timing.

What ages are the events for?

Most events are designed for adults, 16+ unless otherwise noted. Family-friendly events will be clearly labeled.

Can I book a private event?

Yes! We host birthdays, bridal showers, team-building events, brand activations, and other private gatherings. Reach out through our contact form to start planning.

What happens after I book?

You'll receive a confirmation email with all the event details, including the location, arrival time, and anything you need to know before you come.

Do you repeat workshops?

Some favorites return by popular demand, while others are one-time experiences. We also introduce new themes throughout the year, so there's always something fresh to try.
